Concert 4th October 2014
‘The Evening News and the Roof of the World’ – an early evening performance with poet Mohan Rana in the beautiful setting of the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon. Mohan and I will be collaborating on a performance; Mohan will be reciting 7 of his poems (including The Colour of Water!) and I will be creating and performing live music as a response to his words and energies. It was an absolute privilege to be able to include Mohan’s special recording of The Colour of Water on my first album ‘From The Sea’ and I cannot wait to perform this live with him, along with some of Mohan’s other equally powerful and evocative poems, in this unique performance.
